At Newmarket Inn, we were looking for a way to improve upon our guest experiences, and increase staff productivity so they have more time to focus on what matters, our guests. TCS deployed an integrated communications solution that included a Mitel MiVoice Business telephone system and a Meru WiFi network infrastructure. We are extremely pleased with this integrated solution, and immediately began to recognize the benefits, which included: ease of use, mobility (for both staff and guests), and increased productivity and guest satisfaction while keeping our operating costs low. We were also very pleased with the flexibility of this solution and its seamless integration with our existing business processes.
